Filter Press Equipment Description 
- Trailer:
34' Tandem Axle Curtain Sided Trailer
- Belt Press Size: P-3200 0.8 Meter Belt Filter
Press
- System Power
- Requirements: 480 V, 3 Phase, 60 Amps OR 240
v, 3 phase, 100 amps.
- The BFP system can be connected to either
voltage with a step-up transformer contained
in the trailer. The trailer has a 100' power
cable. A 60 kilowatt generator may be used
if power is not available.
- Sludge Feed: 3" Cam-Lok male fitting. 50' of
3" suction hose on trailer. Trailer has adaptors
from 3" NPT to 3" cam Lok.
- Sludge Divert: 3" Cam-Lok male fitting. 25'
of 3" discharge hose on trailer.
- Filtrate Discharge: 3" Cam-Lok male fitting.
50' of lay flat discharge hose on trailer.
- Water Supply: 1 ½" Cam-Lok male fitting.
60 of 1 ½ " water supply hose on trailer.
- Water Supply of 40 GPM @ 40 PSI is recommended.
- Cake Solids
- Discharge: Belt Conveyor at maximum height
of 8 feet and 5' from the outside of the trailer
into a customer supplied container
- Polymer feed/
- Blend System: Emulsion Type
- Solids Size: Recommended a maximum particle
size of ¼". Larger if particle is somewhat
pliable.

- Trailer mounted Model 2013X High Density
Extruder mobile test unit
- Brought on site by Bright Technologies standards
company truck
- Unit includes propane-powered hydraulic unit
and on board PLC/Controls
- Transport truck includes all tools, accessories,
etc., required for the demo
- Equipment set-up time is approximately ½ hours
- Material testing time is approximately 2
hours (for each material tested)
- Equipment clean-up time is approximately ½ hours.
